The formation of United African Utilities Ltd was to provide engineering design, construction, and installation of potable water, sewage treatment plants, pumping station and the associated reticulation.

Initially, the Company established itself in Nigeria in 2012 and now has expanded with registered companies in Ghana, Serra Leone, with the group holding Company in the United Kingdom; it also has representation in Uganda, Kenya, Zambia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, and The Gambia. United African Utilities supported by Global Technical Partners, all self-accounting firm. The company policy uses local personnel and material to construct facilities in Sub Sahara Africa and provide Technology Transfer.
